Der Winter steckt uns noch in den Knochen und die Fr\u00fchjahrsm\u00fcdigkeit l\u00e4sst einen tr\u00e4ge aus dem Zugfenster schauen. Da liest sich ein Honolulu Fest in Solothurn als willkommene Abwechslung, um endlich wieder etwas Farbe in das triste Februargrau zu zaubern. Auf nach Solothurn und schauen, was die Narren dort f\u00fcr Rambazamba veranstalten, um den Winter zu vertreiben.<\/p>\n

Zuerst ist es noch grau, als wir die Br\u00fccke vom BHF zur Altstadt \u00fcberqueren. Kalt bl\u00e4st der Wind von der Aare herauf, die ersten verkleideten Bienen und B\u00e4ren kommen uns auf dem Velo entgegen, es glietzert ein klein bisschen an jedem Eck, wir scheinen hier richtig zu sein. Zuerst ein Spaziergang in der Verena-Schlucht, dann wollen wir zum Fasnachts-Umzug in der Altstadt pilgern. Die Schlucht liegt etwas versteckt hinter einer Hauptstrasse und ist gut ausgeschildert, einfach den gelben Wegweisern mit der Aufschrift Einsiedelei folgen. Nur ein P\u00e4\u00e4rchen mit Hund l\u00e4uft vor uns, sonst empf\u00e4ngt uns der ruhige und k\u00fchle Wald und der pl\u00e4tschernde Bach. Es ist frisch und es ist toll. Wir folgen dem Bachlauf und sind begeistert von den Kalkfelsformationen und kleinen H\u00f6hlen, die hier entstanden sind. Verwunschen schl\u00e4ngelt sich der Pfad durch das Tal, ein wunderbarer Spazierweg, der zur Ruhe einl\u00e4dt. Farne und Moose und alte B\u00e4ume s\u00e4umen den Weg, Hobbit l\u00e4sst gr\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n

Solothurn ist eine sehr sch\u00f6ne Barock-Stadt im Herzen des Kantons Solothurn mit mittelalterlichen G\u00e4sschen und sch\u00f6nen Gibelh\u00e4usern. Es gibt viele Barockkirchen, gem\u00fctliche Caf\u00e9s und Restaurants zum Verweilen an der Aare.<\/p>\n

In der Bar Solheure kann man z.B. herrlich am Ufer der Aare chillen und bei einem gespritzten Weisswein dem Fasnachts-Umzug auf der Br\u00fccke zuschauen.<\/p>\n

In Solothurn wird die Fasnacht von der Narrenzunft Honolulu organisiert, weshalb sie den Beinamen Honululu Fasnacht hat. Die Cliquen und Guggen sind verkleidet und auch die Zuschauer haben sich in Schale geworfen, es winken Bienen, Dinosaurier, Steam-Punks, Prinzessinnen und Indianer vor und hinter der Absperrung zum Umzug. Mit Konfetti Kanonen werden die Wohnungen in den Obergeschossen der sch\u00f6nen Altstadth\u00e4user ins Ziel genommen. Wer nicht schnell genug das Fenster schliesst, darf die n\u00e4chsten Wochen das Konfetti aus dem Sofa klauben.<\/p>\n

Neben der Altstadt gibt es auch einen tollen Spaziergang zur Verena Schlucht. Dieser f\u00fchrt in ca. 30 Min vom BHF durch die Altstadt am Kunstmuseum vorbei auf gewundenen Pfaden entlang Jurakalkstein einem verwunschenen B\u00e4chlein entlang zur Einsiedelei, welche an den Felsen der Schlucht gebaut ist und vom letzten Einsiedler der Schweiz bewohnt und bewirtschaftet wird. Man kommt sich vor, wie im Hobbitland und f\u00fchlt sich in eine andere Welt versetzt. Im Winter stehen viele Kerzen auf den Felsvorspr\u00fcngen, was dem Ganzen einen sehr romantischen Charakter gibt.<\/p>\n

Auch das Kunstmuseum in Solothurn ist einen Besuch wert, es zeigt Werke ber\u00fchmter Schweizer K\u00fcnstler von fr\u00fcher und heute.<\/p>\n

Solothurn hat einen sehr netten Charme, der noch franz\u00f6sisch gepr\u00e4gt ist, was man an dem speziellen Dialekt der Bewohner merkt.<\/p>\n

Auch der Kunstsupermarkt ist einen Besuch wert.<\/p>\n

Die Landschaft ist magisch und abwechslungsreich, die Wege gut begehbar, aber nicht sehr eindeutig ausgeschildert, es empfiehlt sich eine zus\u00e4tztliche Karte. Das Essen sollte man selbst mitnehmen, es gibt auch kaum Feuerstellen. Der Bus f\u00e4hrt 1x die Std, am Sonntag weniger oft.<\/p>\n
